Connection Issues
Server timeout, loading stuck, can't open boxes.
TBH uses Korean backend servers (TheBackend). Most timeouts are server-side — not your network.
Symptoms & Fixes
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |

| Loading stuck | Inventory data timeout | Wait 1-2 min, retry / switch network |
| Can't open boxes | Steam item server congestion | Settings → Other → Steam fix |
| "Feature unavailable" | Server maintenance | Wait for recovery |
| Long queue time | Peak hour traffic | Wait or try off-peak |
General Fix Steps
- 1. Fully close game (confirm in Task Manager)
- 2. Flush DNS: Win+R →
ipconfig /flushdns - 3. Restart Steam client
- 4. Relaunch the game
Important
- — Do NOT use Cube features (Alchemy/Decoration/Engraving) during server instability — items may be lost
- — Avoid bulk market purchases during outages
- — Lost items usually appear in mailbox after server recovery
