Missing Items

How to recover items that disappeared from your inventory.

Step 1: Check Your Mailbox

Most "missing" items are actually in the mailbox:

  1. 1Click the Mail icon in the top-right corner
  2. 2Wait 10 seconds, then click Refresh
  3. 3Accept any pending items

Step 2: Steam Inventory Sync Fix

  1. 1Go to Settings → Other
  2. 2Click "Steam Inventory Issue Resolved"
  3. 3Restart the game and check mailbox again

Other Causes

  • — UI scale glitch: Press Shift+F11 to reset window scale
  • — Equipped on another hero: Check all heroes in your formation
  • — Used as synthesis material: Synthesis is irreversible
  • — Accessory swap bug (fixed): Update to v1.00.03+
  • — Offline mode: Game must be active to produce drops
